Description
In 1931, Walther created one of the world’s first concealed carry pistols – the Walther PPK. Since then, the PPK has become a cultural icon, it has been featured in spy movies and is highly sought after by collectors. As a testament to over 90 years of excellence, Walther has released the PPK 90th Anniversary Special Edition. This handgun is part of limited production run of just 90 pistols, and is equipped with a wide assortment of heavily embellished aesthetics and features. This is perhaps most notable in its slide, which features a visually pleasing German Oak Leaf Engraving that runs its entire length, as well as an elegant 24K Gold Walther Ribbon inlay towards the handgun’s muzzle. The sophisticated slide design and gold inlay is perfectly complimented by the handgun’s Pau Ferro wood grips, which feature cut checkering for a superior grip, with further Oak Leaf engravings on the wood.
Like the other handguns in the PPK family, the PPK 90th Anniversary Special Edition is outfitted with a double-action/single-action trigger and an easy to reach safety switch that also serves as a de-cocker. In addition, the PPK 90th Anniversary Special Edition ships with a exquisite embroidered leather case as well as two 6 round magazines.
